I’m very pleased with the overall quality of the final printed books. The production value was excellent, and it’s clear your team takes pride in delivering a high-caliber product.
That said, I did experience some challenges during the fulfillment process. A portion of the shipment arrived damaged, and there were unexpected delays due to the books being printed back east rather than locally in Vancouver, as I had initially understood from my project manager. The storm at the time only compounded these delays.
However, I truly appreciate how promptly your team responded to the issue and replaced the damaged books without hesitation. Your professionalism and responsiveness did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.
